No, we are a collective of independent agencies which work collaboratively to support families. We are not a program associated with the Oregon Department of Human Services.

If I sign up for services, does someone have to come to my home?

No, you are not required to have someone in your home. Family support services can be offered virtually, at the local library, in an agency center, through a workshop or parenting group, or wherever you and your family feel most comfortable.

If I sign up for services, how long will I receive them? Can I quit if I want to?

The length of engagement varies depending on the program providing the services. You are encouraged to stay with the program until it is complete, but participation is voluntary; therefore, you are free to discontinue services at any time.
